Red Fox Winery and Vineyards

Our vineyards are located on our property in Urich, MO which has a very distinct climate, soil, elevation and land profile.  Our land sets on a higher elevation which dramatically improves vineyard managemnt.  The hot summer sun during the day along with the awaiting cool night helps develop the grape flavanoids color (anthocyanins) and mouthfeel (tannins) primarily in red varieties, while producing the aroma (monoterpenes) in white varieties.
